Ready to book your session but you’re unsure how far in advance you’ll need to book?
Here’s an overview from start to finish of our timeline.
Consult
We begin your journey with a phone consultation to plan your dream session, book the date, and help you prepare for your big day.
Session
We typically book out 60-90 days. If you’re hoping to gift your images for your wedding, we prefer to have your session at least three months prior to your event, allowing enough time to have your printed product to you with plenty of buffer. If you’re hoping to gift your images for Christmas, our holiday cutoff is generally around mid-November. Christmas sessions occur no later than the first week of November.
Reveal
Gallery reveals take place 2-3 days after your session and are conducted virtually. If you are coming from out of state, we offer same day reveals of galleries with preliminary edits. During your reveal, you’ll see your gorgeous self in a stunning gallery of 45-65 images, make your product and image selections, and place your order. Payment is due in full at the time of your reveal. Pre-payment plan balances are due in full at your reveal appointment.
Digital Image Release
Digital images are sent immediately after your reveal appointment via download link.
Albums, Wall Art, and Calendars
Printed product such as wall art and calendars take 3-4 weeks to arrive. Albums take 6-8 weeks to arrive. During high volume months – October to December – shipping may take longer. Please keep this in mind when choosing your session date.
