And yet, so often, maternity photography gets reduced to \u201cbump photos.\u201d

Here’s something I hear constantly: “I wish I had done it.” Or, “I thought it was too early\u2026 or too late.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Let me tell you this ( and it could be very controversial and against my own business): there’s no perfect window for pregnancy photography.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Yes, most people schedule their maternity photoshoot between 30-32 weeks, because that’s the suggestion we give as photographers. But I’ve photographed women at 26 weeks and at 38 weeks and beyond.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A photo shoot for a pregnant woman isn\u2019t about size.
It\u2019s about story. About your story.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Every bump has a story worth capturing, whether it\u2019s just beginning to show or ready to meet the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t need to wait for the \u201cright\u201d time.
You only need to choose your<\/em> time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
